This time an individual sport becomes a team effort! Choose your weapon, wheels or shoes to race around cow hill. Runners will have the advantage of a head start heading clockwise and bikers chasing anti-clockwise round cow hill circuit. All welcome! (NB adult only event) See you there!

Registration opens 12.30 on the day or sign up before online!
A 6.7km loop starting from M&S dental Care car park and finishing at the saltire flag.
Runners go clockwise (up the lumpy bumpies)
