Monthly Thursday Evening Swims (1st Thur each month)

We are going to be trialing having an additional Thursday evening Coached Pool swimming session over the winter monthly (1st Thursday each month) at Lochaber Leisure Centre. These sessions will focus on skills to help you improve your swimming.

N.B. the times may vary for these depending on the Lochaber Leisure Centre pool timetable for the weeks the sessions fall in.

Please book using the club website - anyone can come along, we're here to help you improve!

These sessions are for club members, but please do come along and try a session first before joining.

Please do bring along (as a minimum):

Swim Suit

Goggles

Water bottle!

As optional: (but don't worry if you don't have any of this!)

Pull Bouy

Hand Paddles

Fins

We are coaches rather than teachers, so as a minimum skill level you should be able to swim 2 lengths of front crawl without stopping. 

From here, we can coach you to becoming a fish!
