About the Event
These coached sessions will be a 45 minute bike class using static (spin) bikes and led by a qualified instructor.
These will be held weekly on Wednesday evenings starting at 19.45 promptly so please arrive beforehand.
We would recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes to these sessions and bringing a drink and towel along with you too.
This session is open to both club members (with member discount) and non-members.
