Please do bring along (as a minimum):
Swim Suit
Goggles
Water bottle!
As optional: (but don't worry if you don't have any of this!)
Pull Bouy
Hand Paddles
Fins
We are coaches rather than teachers, so as a minimum skill level you should be able to swim 2 lengths of front crawl without stopping. From here, we can coach you to becoming a fish!
